Regular Rates (per night):
June 15 - September 15th: $525/night, 5 night minimum

September 16th - June 14th: $325/night, 2 night minimum

 

Holidays: $525/night, 4 night minimum
Holidays include Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th, New Year's Eve and Memorial Day.

 

$125/week cleaning fee
$250 refundable security deposit
1% Oregon state room tax

10% Tillamook County tax
No Smoking
Well behaved dogs: $15/night/dog, 2 dogs maximum
